That’s why we provide two types of viewing services tailored to meet the needs of buyers, investors, and landlords across and outside of the UK.

 

For clients that have already found their potential investment property but for one reason or another do not have the time or availability to do a site visit, we book a viewing on your behalf and report our findings to you.

 

Our Two Viewing Services include;

 

1.   In person viewings –

We explore the properties as if you were viewing it personally on your behalf. We get a firsthand feel of the property and surrounding area. Ask any specific questions you may have on your behalf. Evaluate and assess the property’s condition, features, and layout – based on your specific requirements and investment goals.

 

After the viewing, we prepare and submit a comprehensive report to you, providing you with everything you need as if you are physically there in person. Our report will contain our value assessment of the property, including images and media of the property and other assessments as needed by you.

 

2.   Virtual viewings –

Our virtual viewing service allows you to explore properties from anywhere in the world. This service is perfect for busy professionals, non-UK residents, or anyone preferring to view from the comfort of their home. Using high-definition video technology, we provide:

 

• Live video tours with one of our consultants to guide you through the property in real time.
• Recorded tours for flexible viewing at your convenience.
• A comprehensive overview of the property’s key features and amenities.

 

Our Viewings Rates are £125 per viewing. This fee covers for the written report, HD images, video tours, live video call if required, summary of the area, investment analysis, and refurbishment estimates (where necessary).
