Step 2: Schedule a Consultation

Once we have received your inquiry, we will arrange an initial consultation either in person or virtually. This stage helps us fully understand your needs and customize our search strategy. During this consultation, we will discuss:

• Any specific requirements (e.g., rental yields, investment opportunities, renovation potential).
• Your long-term goals, whether buying for personal use or as an investment.

Step 3: Review and Sign Agreement

After consultations, you will receive our Service Agreement detailing our terms and conditions – and if in alignment, sign and return the agreement for us to commence work.

After you receive payment instructions, pay initial fee and payment is confirmed, we commence the sourcing proper.

Step 4: Tailored Property Search

Based on the information gathered during the consultation, our team will begin sourcing properties that match your criteria. We will do the following;

• Access an extensive network of listings and off-market opportunities.
• Perform thorough market research to ensure the properties we present meet your goals.
• Pre-screen properties to save you time and effort or any of the viewing services that fit your criteria
• We will present you with a curated list of potential properties, complete with detailed descriptions, images, and market analysis.

Step 5: Property Viewings

After reviewing the shortlisted properties, we will arrange viewings that fit your schedule. You can choose any of our two viewing services - in person viewings or virtual viewings with comprehensive written report as a part of the package.

Step 6: Evaluation and Decision

Once you have seen the properties, we set the motion for negotiations and offer guide for when you are ready to proceed with a property. We have expert property negotiators that will help handle the negotiations, reviews, offers and counter-offer on your behalf, ensuring you secure the best possible deal.

Step 7: Post-Sourcing Support

This is our post-sourcing service and they include;

• Refurbishment and renovation of property, if applicable
• Property management and letting services, if required of us.
• Help with financing advisory like mortgage and insurance services to make your property objective realized.
• Help with mortgage advisory services, if required.
• Guide you through paperwork and contracts.
